Emil Reimann Bäckerei in Boblingen

We went to Cafe Reimann in Motorworld for breakfast today. Reserved a table in advance by phone. Due to Corona, the breakfast buffet is currently not possible. But you get a huge platter with everything else that is offered at the buffet. Includes drinks, scrambled eggs, fried bacon and yogurt with muesli and fruit. We were enthusiastic about the price, performance and service and always love to come back. Thank you very much for an all-round successful breakfast in Café Reimann.

Dear Mr. Bobsen, I just can't imagine how you come to such a rating ?! Nowadays there are far too few open, direct and honest service staff with whom one likes to talk and laugh for 5 minutes! Unfortunately, there are also too many people who cannot cope with open cultures and who say "hello" when they say "don't yell at me". I can already imagine how it went, ... That is unheard of, that gives an evaluation, ... 5 hours later -> TOP EVALUATION and you feel strong because you have shown it to them! My appeal to the branch management, super service person behind your counter! It is precisely this kind of workforce that some of my colleagues and myself are pulling into your branch. PS: Keep it up, baked goods, coffee and above all your service -> TOP !!!!!

Service 6, sit down! First of all, I would like to emphasize that the following criticism explicitly excludes the products, the location and the ambience and specifically relates to the service on October 3, 2020. A spontaneous idea to have breakfast abroad brought us to Emil Reimann. A baker who I know very well from my time in Dresden and who is known for his really delicious cakes and stollen. Unfortunately we had to find out that the staff did not meet the high standards of the Emil Reimanns chain. A certain unfriendly directness can perhaps still be overlooked. Also about the fact that the speed of the service, whether the number of guests could be improved, because ultimately the breakfast and the quality of the goods were perfect. What we can't get over, however, is the unfriendly and almost cheeky manner of the entire staff when it comes to paying. At first you will be referred back to your table brusquely, followed by a comment: “That people don't understand”. No, dear staff: The people don't know about the customs of your branch! The friendly hint that “the people” are your customers culminated in an untenable reply that is inadmissible for service staff. And that after discussing change with a CUSTOMER minutes beforehand, even though he had given a tip and communicated it loudly and clearly. I would therefore like to make an urgent appeal to the branch management to think about the staffing of this branch in particular. Unfortunately the staff does not advertise Emil Reimann. P.s. By the way, a review of the comments of other customers reveals a clear tendency: the service is simply miserable, unfriendly and almost bordering on an insult.

Never before experienced such ignorant, slow and unfriendly staff, unfortunately I have made the experience every time there.

Café is in a good location, there is always something to see when you sit outside, service has become a bit slow, but this is probably due to the lack of staff

Nice selection of delicious snacks, cakes, pies and baked goods. The coffee specialties offered are of very good quality. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service. Just a little strange that you have to pay parking fees in the Motor World parking lot to visit a café.

Staff does not work! Some customers (obviously compatriots of the employees) enter the interior without a mask, while the rest of the customers comply with the requirements - in such cases, a request must come from the staff. Friendly questions are answered snotty and annoyed, an overview while paying was overwhelming for the employee! That cannot be EMIL REIMANN's standard!

I actually wanted to spend a brunch day there with friends and asked for it when I made the reservation. I would also be confirmed. But it was just a normal breakfast buffet. Very disappointed.

Were invited to the birthday breakfast there today, something so unfriendly as a Fialleiterin is not possible! Champagne glasses dirty ... Plates dirty and coffee cups empty was complained about! In the end it was awesome, the tables were cleared and pushed together by her, although guests were still sitting at the table. Then she discussed loudly with a guest and insulted you! In addition, they were not asked for coffee specialties, and there was also complained that the candles were dirty their placemats, because they were dripping !! For V8 Hotel just sad!

We almost would not go because of the bad reviews. Now I am glad that we have dared. Many different seating, not too loud even with full cast. Breakfast buffet until 13 o'clock. Everything was right for me!

Sign on the front says they open at 6:30 I waited, very hungry and in need of a coffee and finally the guy working there says that they open at 8.

Large selection of delicious cakes and various cuts of fantastic cappuccino. Nimble and friendly staff. Hardly any waiting times. Would love to come back. Child friendly & free parking
